Best Lawn Guy Lawn & Snow Services, Inc. provides dependable, on-time snow removal of sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, as well as sanding and salting of parking lots.

Staking of Lots

The entrances, curbs lines and the edge of the lot(s) will be marked. We may also stake any hazards or

areas we need to pay particular attention to, such as fire hydrants, mail boxes, etc…

Snowfall Trigger

Plowing will be initiated only after two inch snowfalls or more. The depth of the snow will be measured

on the asphalt to be plowed in areas neither drifted over nor blown clear. Snow falls of less than 2

inches can be treated by salting/ sanding upon request for an additional charge.

Deadlines for Completion

2-4 inches – approximate time to complete ALL snow removal is 6-10 hours

4-8 inches – approximate time to complete ALL snow removal is 10-14 hours

8-12 inches – approximate time to complete ALL snow removal is 14-24 hours

12+ inches – AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, all timelines are void, please be patient.

Snowfalls up to 6 inches that end by 12:00 am (midnight) will be completed by 8:00 am.

Storms not ending before 12:00 am (midnight) may require complete parking lot plowing while it is still

snowing, with another complete plow required the following night.

Snow falls that happen during the daytime hours may require pass through plowing to open-up

driveways and parking lots while the storm is still occurring, and a complete plow required the following

night.

Sidewalk Shoveling

Shoveling of sidewalks and entryways will be done at the time of plowing. Sidewalks can be treated with a cement-safe ice melt product upon the customer’s request.

Parking Lot De-Icing

In times of light snow and/or icy conditions we can spread salt or salt/sand mix on the drives and parking areas at the customer’s request for an additional charge.
